We Don't Trade Businesses. We Build Them.
22 Holdings Group invests across service-based businesses, public equities, construction, and AI — with capital structured to hold, not flip, and an operating hand when one is needed.
Our Philosophy
"Markets move quarter to quarter. Ownership is measured in decades."
We allocate capital the way an owner-operator would, not the way a trading desk does. That means a small number of businesses, held closely, for a long time — across sectors that don't always move together, so the whole is steadier than any one part.
What We Own
Four Divisions. One Discipline.
Each division is run by people who know the business, with capital and oversight from 22 Holdings Group.
Service-Based
Businesses
We acquire and grow well-run home and commercial service companies — the kind of businesses with loyal customers and dependable cash flow, but room to professionalize and scale. Portfolio company: Zen Paint Co., residential & commercial painting
Public
Equities
A disciplined, research-driven public markets book that funds and balances the rest of the portfolio — concentrated, long-horizon positions over frequent trading.
Construction &
Development
Ground-up construction and development work, from site acquisition through delivery, with the same long-hold mindset we bring to every division. Portfolio company: 22 Construction & Development
22 AI
Agency
An AI-powered revenue and operations agency building intelligent infrastructure for businesses — from lead capture and automation to full-stack revenue systems. 22 AI brings enterprise-grade capability to companies that don't have an enterprise budget for it. Portfolio company: 22 AI
Leadership
Meet Our President
Kendall Jackson
President
Kendall founded 22 Holdings Group on a simple premise: buy right, hold long, and let conviction — not headlines — drive the decision. That discipline showed up early, building a position in Palantir Technologies (NYSE: PLTR) through December 2022 as shares fell to an all-time low near $5.92, and backing Tesla as an investor back in 2016. As President, Kendall sets capital allocation and strategy across all three divisions, applying the same underwriting standard whether the asset is a public stock, a service business, or a construction project.

How We Operate
A Few Rules We Don't Break
Permanent Capital
No fund timelines forcing an exit. We buy with the intention of owning indefinitely, which changes every decision that follows.
Operational Involvement
We're not passive. Where it helps, we work alongside operators on hiring, systems, and growth — and stay out of the way where it doesn't.
Disciplined Underwriting
Fewer, better decisions. We'd rather pass on ten deals than overpay on one.
What Investors Say
Built On Trust
"They treat our capital like it's their own. That discipline shows up in every decision, not just the big ones."
Private Investor
"What we value most is the transparency — quarterly updates that are clear and honest, with no jargon to wade through."
Limited Partner
"Every conversation feels like talking to a partner, not a fund manager reading from a script."
